I’m also a mum of two beautiful children. Before they arrived, I worked hard to climb the corporate ladder (and enjoyed every minute of it). What I didn’t expect was just how much I’d love being a mum. After that, I had to find the new me. How could I be fully present at work and at home? What needed to shift — in my work, in our routines, in how I defined success?
